We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice is designed to give you information about how we process your personal data when implementing Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT) procedures.
1. Categories of the personal data processed

We are processing the personal data we have collected from you. Besides, when implementing KYC, AML and CFT procedures, we will check against the personal data in multiple databases, including International politically exposed persons (PEPs) and Sanctions, Country Specific Sanctions Lists, Criminal Lists and Financial Lists. We will also review the media information about you.

Please note that you will not be subject to automated decision-making. Automated means are used only to collect information. All decisions concerning you are taken by a human.

2. The purpose of the processing

The purpose of the processing - to indicate possible criminal acts: money laundering and terrorism financing, and to reduce our AML and CFT risks.

3. The legal basis for the processing

The processing serves our legitimate interest. We have a legitimate interest in processing your personal data to make a customer due diligence and to make sure you are not purchasing the NFT for criminal purposes. We do not want and intend to be engaged in criminal activities.

We have thoroughly assessed our legitimate interest, considered the potential impact on you and your rights, and will not use your personal data for activities where the impact on you and your rights overrides the legitimate interests we pursue.

4. Categories of recipients of the personal data

We share your personal data with our data processor - SUMSUB LTD, incorporated and registered in Cyprus with company number HE 405087. This sharing is subject to the respective data processing agreement.

We also can share your personal data with the respective public authorities if we consider this necessary taking into account AML and CFT risks revealed.

5. The period for which the personal data will be stored

We will store your personal data 5 (five) years from the day we have collected the respective data. This is in compliance with the FATF recommendations.

6.Possible consequences of failure to provide us with your personal data

We can not sell our NFTs to entities who was not subject to KYC, AML and CFT procedures, as it is associated with high AML and CFT risks. Therefore, if you do not provide us with your personal data we have requested, you may not participate in our NFT token sale.

7. Your rights

You are entitled to:
— obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the information about their processing;

— obtain from us without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you;

— have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement;

— obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies: (i) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; (ii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; (iii) the personal data have been unlawfully processed;

— obtain from us restriction of processing where one of the following applies: (i) you contest the accuracy of the personal data (for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data); (ii) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead; (iii) we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; (iv) you have objected to processing pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override those of you;

— object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you, including profiling;

— lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
